Terms & Conditions

Pantry ("the service") is operated by Ronit Srivastava, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). When you use Pantry or buy Pantry Pro, you are entering into an agreement with Ronit Srivastava. Contact: ronitsriv@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use Pantry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age to form a contract in your country, or use Pantry with a parent or guardian's consent.

2. The service

Pantry helps you find dishes you can cook with ingredients you have, track a personal pantry, and generate AI-personalised recipes. A Free plan is available; Pantry Pro is a paid subscription with higher limits and extra features.

3. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
• interfering with security — uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing usage limits;
• attempting to make the AI produce illegal, hateful or harmful content, or uploading photos you have no right to use.

5. AI-generated content

Recipes and ingredient suggestions are partly generated by AI and may be inaccurate. Always use your own judgement on food safety, allergies, dietary needs and cooking temperatures. Pantry is not medical or nutritional advice. You are responsible for what you upload and how you use outputs. We may filter, refuse or remove content and restrict accounts that misuse the AI features.

6. Intellectual property

We own the service and its software, dish database, design and branding. You keep rights to content you upload and give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeat infringers may be suspended.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, taxes and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; after cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work hard to keep Pantry running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. The service is provided "as is", and implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Pantry at any time. When an account is closed, its data is deleted within a reasonable period.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts of India.
